Our Policies

Shipping & Processing

Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to process and be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. If your order will take longer than the standard processing time you will receive a notification by way of email or text message stating the approximated time until your order will be ready. If the address you gave us is incorrect please notify us right away. If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address and the order shipped out is returned to sender or unable to be dispatched you will have to pay a reshipment fee. You will not have to pay for shipping again if your order was shipped to an incorrect address due to technical difficulties on our end. It is optimal to keep your shipping and billing address the same. Be sure that the billing address you enter is the same billing address on your bank card. 

  • Domestic Express Shipping: 2-3 Business days

  • Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping: 5-7 Business days

  • International Shipping: 7-10 Business days

  • All Packages Delivery is with UPS. Business days are Monday-Friday

Please remember that we are a small business and do not have multiple people assisting to fulfill orders. We will continue to do our best to process all orders within 5 days of order placement and notify you if your order will take longer than 5 business days to process. We ask and thank you for your patience at this time as we continue to provide each of our customers with an exceptional experience and grow our staff to fit our needs and the needs of our valued customers.

Orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

Allow up to 15 business days for all custom bonnet orders, as fabrics may need to be ordered.

Returns & exchanges

All skin care products, body, bath, and lip products are final sale. Please be sure to inquire before purchasing if you are unsure of or have allergies to any ingredients used in our products. Bonnets & silk robes may be returned or exchanged within 7 business days of delivery if they have not been worn. You must contact us first before resending an order requesting a refund. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees/costs for order returns . A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned items are fully in tact. Refunds are issued through our site and returned back to your bank Card within 24-48Hrs. 

 

Customer Service

All emails, texts, calls, dm's, and inquiries are answered Tuesday-Friday between 9:00am and 7:00pm. Please understand that these are our hours of operation and messages received before or after the allotted time and days will not be answered until our operating hours. Please allow 24 hrs for us to respond to your initial message. Be sure to include a greeting and your name when reaching out to our customer service. Thank you for your cooperation.

 

Private Label & Wholesale Orders

All private label/wholesale orders must be placed no later than 45 days before scheduled event in order to ensure all supplies arrive in a timely manner and orders are completed efficiently. Deposits are required for all bulk orders and final balances are to be paid no later than 3 days before event/delivery. To inquire about a wholesale order please visit our contact us page

 

Custom Wedding Orders & Party Favors

All custom wedding orders and party favor requests must be placed no later than 45 days before scheduled event in order to ensure all supplies arrive in a timely manner and orders are completed efficiently. Pricing packages, Custom Scents, and personalized labels are available upon request for a small upcharge. Deposits are required.
